Health and Safety
Health and safety are the highest priority at IPSF. We are committed to providing a healthy and safe work environment for all employees, contractors, clients and visitors. This requires our managers and staff to maintain a high degree of safety awareness.
We therefore seek to develop and maintain a pragmatic, positive and open culture in which health and safety is recognized by all staff as fundamental to what we do. IPSF performs all operations in a safe manner, with no harm to our people or the environment. We continuously improve our health and safety performance by:
- Promoting and maintaining the highest degree of physical, mental and social wellbeing of workers
- Promoting a safe work culture and a zero near-miss and accident policy, including the prevention of work-related illness
- Protecting the environment in which we work, so that no harm occurs to people or the environment
- Preventing material damage or loss to property
We monitor our HSE performance regularly through scheduled meetings and audits. Monitoring results and the associated follow-up actions are communicated and implemented to drive continual improvement of our operations.

Our goal is always to protect the environment during a project, to promote environmental protection in our operations, and to use environmentally friendly materials and systems. We are committed to environmental excellence, and our motto on environmental issues is simple: pollution prevention and no environmental damage.
